And this is how, in the heart of the Monti district, between the Roman Forum and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, it all came to life: a place dedicated to the discovery of wine and good food. The winery was founded in 1935 and renovated in 1979 when it took the name of “Cavour 313”. It soon became a meeting point for a whole generation, offering the opportunity for everyone to learn about wine and to discover a new and intriguing gastronomy.

Today, Cavour 313 wine bar is the perfect combination of a warm and welcoming place, with great service and competent staff, who will bring to you the classics of our cuisine and a wine list with more than 1,000 national and international labels.
